Jeff Madalena, owner of downtown clothing store Oak, along with a group of his friends and colleagues, noticed that the old Cobblestone Motel in Phoenicia was for sale. They felt it would be the perfect project to combine their love of interiors and travel and in July 2013 they opened The Graham & Co. for business.
